What payment types do you accept?

You may currently pay for your order using Paypal Express checkout. Simply log into your account and select your payment method. If you do not have a Paypal account, they are quick and easy to set up!

 

Will my payment details be safe?

All information regarding your transaction and identity is kept confidential through Paypal, which uses ssl technology to keep your information safe.
 Paypal adheres to the highest security standards, as set by international pci (payment card industry) compliance.

 

How are your products priced?

All prices are in Australian dollars and do not include GST. Twiggargerie reserves the right to change prices at any time.

 

Where do you ship?

We are based in Melbourne, Australia and ship all over the world.

 

How much does shipping cost?

We have flat-rate shipping charges. For orders around Australia, the cost is $10. For international orders, the cost is $20.

 

How will my order be shipped?

We use a variety of different shipping services, depending on your location. We will endeavour to provide you a tracking number where possible.

 

How long will it take to receive my order?

Due to the custom-made nature of our pieces, we require a lead time of 5 business days. For urgent orders, please contact us at hello@twiggargerie.com and we will endeavour to meet your request.

Following dispatch of your order, it will typically take between 2 - 5 business days for your order to be received. For customers in rural areas, please allow up to 10 business days.

For international orders, please allow 14 working days for your order to be received.

 

Do you deliver to PO boxes?

We require a signature on delivery, so we are not able to ship to PO boxes. If you are not home during the day, we recommend delivering to a work address or premises where someone will be available to accept the delivery on your behalf. You may also leave an authority to leave card with signature as an alternative.

 

How will I know when my order has been shipped?

We will update you via email with dispatch information. 

 

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Because our pieces are made to order, all sales are final. If you have made an error in your order, please contact us immediately and we will endeavour to rectify this.

 

What happens if my order was delayed or damaged during shipping?

Unfortunately accidents do happen. If there is a delay with your order due to inclement weather, we will do our best to notify you. Your tracking number also includes information on how to contact the shipping carrier.


All of our products are carefully packaged to prevent breakage in transit. If your order is damaged during shipping, please photograph the inside and outside of the box and keep all contents and packaging for insurance claim purposes. Please contact us within 3 days of the arrival of your package for instructions.  


Twiggargerie is in no way responsible for any delays in shipping, damages in transit, packages not received, arrival of your order at the wrong location due to incorrect delivery address, or international customs issues.

We only collect personal information that is necessary for us to conduct our business and to assist us with complying with our own legal and regulatory obligations.
